Chef owner of Zion St Barth, Jean-Baptiste Piard proposes a creative and audacious cuisine. His inspiration is multiple, based on a mix of international and French gastronomy while giving pride of place to local products.
After several experiences in Michelin-star restaurants in France and worldwide, his route led him to Tahiti where he won the title of Best Chef of French Polynesia in 2013. Then he went island-hopping to St Barth, as an executive Chef in a 5* hotel for several years. Opening Zion was the ultimate project, where Chef Piard can now share his limitless passion with food, wine and rum lovers.
